Had a decent day. Caught around 25 that we kept. Bite was slow and the fish were scattered that we caught. We were slow trolling minnows. Watch out for the gar!! Only had one really mess us up but had 15-20 on throughout the day. Oh yea, it was hot!!

Sweet! Good to hear from ya! We made a fast trip to the lake for some sun and fun this weekend. Been real busy lately, but im ready to go! This time of year is when i really get started on the black but its gonna be high for a while so im gonna stay with the smallmouth on eleven point river till it goes down. Ever need a fishing partner let me know. I need some pointers on trolling just getting started with it? i got one of my boats rigged up for a 4 pole set-up this spring then here came the water.........
