dm - have you been fishing Conway lately? If so, where and how have you been doing. I think the 4 foot draw down is suppose to begin in June or July.

DM - the Little Maumelle River I-430 ramp is only about 10 minutes from my house, though I've never fished there. Plan to in the near future. It's a narrow river and just looking at it, it seems awfully crowded at times.

For years I've fished Lake Conway most or all. Used to have great luck with crappie on the east side and north of Pierce Creek area in the cypress trees in an area called Duck Blind. Haven't had much luck there in several years and just never started fishing other areas of the lake until recently. Bream fishing as always been excellent during the summer.

Anway, I just recently said good by to by 20+ year old 14 foot alumacraft with an 8 hp yamaha and purhcased a 16 foot x 48" alumacraft flat bottom with a 25 hp yamaha. Been exploring other, and bigger, bodies of water. But, Conway being so convenient we still run up there occasionally and I try to keep up with it.
