    Default Pulling Crankbaits

Went to Horseshoe Saturday. Had a hard time finding keeper crappie. By 10:00 the wind and boat waves got tough. I decided to go back to the truck and get my trolling rod and reels. Nothing like taking the loop out of your line with some big striped bass. I know its not the right forum for bass but you guys are the only ones I know.

Does anyone target crappie pulling crankbaits at Horseshoe or is it mainly white bass?

I have pulled some there a couple of times and didn't do very good. Only caught a few small ones. So i packed up and went back to the lakes in Mississippi where the slabs really like cranks.
You should've been here yesterday!!!!
