    Nice fish love them meatgetter jigs need to learn that shooting tech. would probably work around the cypress trees and knees on Erling when the water is up and I have trouble flipping under the limbs.

    This is the first year i have used the shooting method. I can tell you, i hardly ever cast anymore, don't matter where I'm fishing. It most definetly help around the cypress trees and getting under limbs. I more comfortable fish around any structure, piers, trees, etc. using the shooting method. And it only took one lesson in the back yard and I'm a shooting fool now.
