    Never done this, had about 10 lbs left, pulled the tail meat from all and removed veins. I mixed a little liquid crawfish boil and a little Tonys ( the it's spicy kind) and let them soak over night. This mornin for breakfast I rolled em in Louisiana brand Spicy Chicken Fry and fried em up!
    BOMBDIGIDY!
    Last week I used that chicken fry on frog legs.
