That's it! 'Possum on the half shell. I never have. :/ But I would if I was hungry enough.

Well, they're meatier than a squirrel. I'd bet they would taste good if not dried out. Never heard of that but I'm not beyond it if I was hungry.

A couple years ago I killed a bobcat. Some oldtimers told me it was good. Fried it up like deer meat. It was the worst thing I ever put in my mouth. I'll try just about anything once.

My Dad said he quit eaten Opossum when he saw one come out of a cow carcas. But if anyone wants one I saw a fresh roadkill on my morning walk.

Squirrel, Alligator, Buffalo, Armadillo, Rattlesnake, Rocky Mtn. Oysters, Snails, Crow (tasted musty), and Baloot (a lot of alcohol was involved).

Would eat all them again but the last two.

Also, during Survival training, grubs, ants, maggots, and other stuff I'd rather not think about.
