Caught these late Monday evening with a couple buddies. Didn't catch many, but these two are nice. The one on the right went about 17 inches. Don't know how much he weighed though. That's right I said "He" I'd like to catch his ole lady friend too.

Those are some real pretty crappie. Sure hope you released them back into there natural enviroment. Hot oil.

Wish some of these guys could weigh my fish .:rolleyes: My son and I fished 3-17-06 and caught a string that actually weighted 52 lbs. I weigh my fish (crappie)and we laugh at all these guesstimates.Originally Posted by dmbutler47
We caught ours on jigs and flipped them to shallow points. I fished too much for bass and fish crappie using same methods at times.
