I have a 1542WE that I have a single HiTek mount with six rod holders. Does require drilling 4 small holes, but it's a clean mount.

I have a 1542 Wareagle that I have a HiTec holder on. It is a single bar with six rod holders. You do have to drill four screw holes, but when you remove the rod holder the base plate isn't in the way.

Say, guys, I know you don't want to drill holes, but to get what you really want sometime you have to. Take a look at these I make. They are fully adjustable, each head will go side to side, angle adjust up down, all heads will swivel with crossbar left to right, height adjustable from 12 to 20 inches, and removes leaving a flush mount base. No tools necessary to adjust any part after installation. Thanks for looking. 4 pole holder is $120 plus shipping.

    Hey EZ,
I really like the looks of your rod holder set-up. I'm not to crazy about the ones that go all the way across the boat. I like to get out and walk on the bank a lot and stretch my legs and let the dog run.
