I am hoping to get my boat running and get up there soon. I haven't ever fished for crappie there and don't have a clue where to start, but I have done alot of bass fishing there in the spring.

Just looked at the CORPS OF ENGINEERS site and it looks like the rains from yesterday will put about 3' of water in the lake. It will only be 4' low now and I bet it won't be gin clear anymore either.

I had to go up and look at the lake all last week while I was working, gotta go up a day or to next week and just might take the boat and do some fishin !
creekslick,
They told me the lake would rise a foot for every inch of rain it got. My birthday is next Saturday, and I'm planning on being on some brushpiles around there.

I feel for you I did a remodel on ours in Dec. , if I lived close to a lake I'd probably would've jumped in several times !
We are working on a new one over by Indian hills golf course . I never seen or heard a boat on the lake last week
