Thanks again guys for all the comments. I worked nearly 10 hours on the trailer saturday. My dad and I completely stripped the trailer down, removed all the old bunks and hardware, welded up some new bunk posts, replaced the bunks with new boards, added new carpet, painted the trailer, and installed some new taillights. Next weekend we plan to install new bearings and seals, run new wiring for the lights, install new wheels, replace the hitch, install the jack, add some running lights, and mount the bunks. I'm getting the rims sandblasted this week so I can paint them white before I head back for the weekend. I also just bought a pinstriping tool so when it gets in I'll do some white pinstriping to the trailer and then add some black lines to the rims. Anyways, here's the pics from the weekend. I'll post more when I get the rest finished up.
You're probably wondering "What in the world?" Well, this is how you bend a trailer tounge back in place, lol. It was bent over 8 inches.
Hard to see but this was while I was painting the trailer
And it's painted, lol. Sorry for all the pics.
