Anyone use a hand controlled TM

Does any one use a hand controlled TM and spider rig? I'm looking to update my old 1994 boat.Looking for ideas and info on maybe putting in dual seat bases. If I have room, I think I do, I just don't know how for back to put them.

I has thinking about adding on to my deck and making it longer. But may not need to. Here is a picture on her, The big door is the live well and the other is storage.
