Default cold...Cold...COLD... HOLY COW IS IT COLD!!!!!!

I have never experienced any temperatures below 12 degress until tonight. I am here in Denver and it is.... currently 2 degrees. If you do not think there is much difference between 12 and 2, you are NUTS! Supposed to be -10 tomorrow night. I have always said that I had rather be cold than hot because you can always put on a few more clothes and you can only take off so many. I am starting to re-think my stance on that particular choice of words...

I lived there for 2 yrs, the wind and snow sucked. We had 4 ft in 3 days in march of 2003, I moved back shortly later. But I did catch some nice walleye while I was there.

Heck we have cold weather here in single digits at times, just glad it don't stay long. Like they say '' in Arkansas if you don't like the weather just wait a couple days!'' It was almost 70 this weekend and will be in the teens they say this week.

I worked in Pittsburgh Pa in the mid '90s. I remember the temps hovering around 0 for a few weeks. When it rose to 10, I could tell the difference as well. I was walking through a warehouse and thought my toes were going to fall off. I stood on a patch of ice to see if it was any warmer than the cement.

Dang Allen, what you doing way up in the mile high? Crappie can't breath up there. Give me a holler some time and lets hit Millwood when it comes back up.

Currently, -12 at last check. It was so cold, my rental car wouldn't even crank this am. Called a co-worker to drive us into the datacenter. If all goes well tomorrow, I should be back in the great state of Arkansas. Honestly, this has been a great experience out here. It is beautiful, the Rocky mountains are INSANE, the food is excellent and the crown and diet cokes are plentiful. On a side note, I am ready to take some crappie on a boat ride! Larry, millwood is a must when they turn on for sure. PM me your celly and we can chat a bit. Wanna hit superlift with the boys in March as well. John, do you think RC will listen?
