As I grew up, I was on Conway 7 days a week. Now with work and all I average 2 to 3 days a week. I would not think of taking a person out there in my Boat and try to show them that lake at 65mph. The stumps look like fence posts at that speed. A boat ride with me on Lake Conway in my boat is not for faint at hearted individuals. However and I can say this with Great certainty You would be way safer with me in my boats at 65mph than you would be striking out on your own on lake Conway. Lake Conway will eat trolling motors as snacks and outboards for the main course anytime an inexperience angler wants to try it. I have towed many, many first timers to the ramp because they did not know what lake Conway is capable of. I have pulled people and their equipment out of the lake after they have flipped their boats out on Conway because they did not know how to negotiate stumps. I AM NOT trying to Brag but, I KNOW LAKE CONWAY.
