Wife and i went to eagle lake monday, not a bad day weather was great was going to fish tuesday but she was not feeling good so we came home a day early. We caught these in 12ft water fishing 10ft.deep in brush tops on a meatgetter jig (spanky )

I talked to 3 guys at the bait shop on lake washington were our cabin is, they said they caught 85 monday spider riggin on minners it was tuesday morning when i talked to them and they bought 10 dozen minners and fixin to go fishing then , mike said they were catch fish spider riggin the past month, the lake is really low you can only launch at certain ramps. Their is a problem with the spillway and all the water is going out they are rasing money to fix it, if theydont get fixed soon the spring fishing may be tough their is no water in the cypress trees now. I do not troll if i can catch fishon a single pole so for on other oxbows i have been able to.
