    Default Wow it was nice on the lake early !


    Started out real nice and cool today. :D I was catching a few descent 10 to 12'' Crappie, then the wind picked up. The fishing slowed down as the wind increased. I still kept 12 Crappie and a Channel Cat using Umbrella tube jigs.:D

    Is the lake still down, Nimrod? Can you get around pretty good, or do you have to know the lake?
    My wife keeps saying I never listen to her....... or something like that!

    It is not suppose to refill till after Oct.1 and it will take some rain. If you go stay in the middle of the river, the corps remarked it but the buoys are outside in spots.:rolleyes:
