That ole coon was young and tender. I thought he would go well in a crockpot but I didn't want to scare my clients, LOL.

Me and Jr. were on the White trout fishing a few years ago when the squirrels started migrating and swimming across the river. We had planned on smoking our catch for dinner and I told him to net a couple of squirrels and we will try them too. He netted the first one and put it right in my lap. I thought I was one of the Deciples there for a minuet and started trying to run on top of the water. It sure was cold. Always explain to the younger ones to dunk a squirrel real good before you put him in your Pop's lap.
