why is it that the little crappie will stay in 0-10 foot water but all the slab crappie hide out or dive deep when hot outside and water temps up im trying to fully understand the behavior of the infamous crappie

feel like im at comedy central with you guys. j/k nothing wrong with cuttin up you no here on blue mountian seems its either slabs all day or tthose 6-8 inchers. cant complain though the majority of the year here is nothing but quality crappie waiting for that cool weather though start working sugar creek and main lake I mostly fish the river mouth in hot weather
