    Question Crappie and Bream reports


    Seems like for the last few weeks there have been the least number of reports I ever remember on this site, and not just on the Arkansas board but also on the main board and several other states I look at occassionally. Is anybody catching anything anywhere?

    Nice drum. Where did you catch that little flathead? Whats up with the Tuna? All these folks flushing their aquariums down the toilet and flooding our lakes with exotic species.

    A buddy and I fished White River around Jacksonport and that cutoff lake between Jacksonport and Newport Saturday and caught 10 crappie, 3 bass, 2 white bass and 1 bream that we kept. The crappie were running a little small. We fished for 7 hours and caught the vast majority of these in 2 treetops and 1 eddy. We caught most of them on minnows 2 1/2 to 3 feet deep.

    Put a thread up in the jig tying forum on my trip this past weekend. Look for Pbug's spoons, I was trying some of his new panfish spoons and boy do they work.

    what may I ask is a yellow fin crappie, and in the first picture what is the big fish ? looks like one of our shad up here in missouri.
