It will be a while now. My aunt and uncle went back yesterday and the river is already back in it. Water had come up over a foot and was muddy enough to leave tracks if you dangled your foot over the side. Just gonna have to keep an eye on the river and wait for it to get right again. The good thing is that it wasnt right for long this time and with the bad weather, it didnt get pounded. So there should be another round or two of good fishing hopefully before it gets too hot to enjoy it.

Tenn a sea, its an oxbow on white river refuge in SE Arkansas. There are lots of little lakes and oxbows on that NWR and they are pretty much all fantastic fishing when the river gets out of them. After all this weather we just had it may be a pretty good while before that happens though.
