    I feel the same way about this lake. I fish it alot thats the bad part. my mom and stepdad live on lake barnett. we catch alot of nice catfish and bass but have yet to find a crappie honey hole.

    I've done decently well on Barnett this year, there are some very nice slabs in the lake, but the majority of the ones caught seem to be smaller. You just have to do lots of moving to find the fish, which is difficult to do with all of the stumps, but I'm a fan of the lake!!
