hey soswine what part of palarm did you go. I was there all day saturday, fished from palarm almost all the way down to adams. Only caught 3 crappie, and about 20 bream. Only kept the crappie and 2 bream, the rest were to small. I did how ever see the bald eagle on her nest that was cool.

We put in the creek down by the river and fished back towards the lake. I guess they were pulling water at the dam because the creek had a fair amount of current. Crappie were buried up in the brush piles on the down current side.

I made a descision to go fishing instead of church yesterday. I couldn't go to church anyways; my wife was out of town. (Well I've heard worse excuses).
I put in at Dans. I fished the first point a little on the left. I thought Crappie Pro might see me and feel sorry for me and go with me. But, he didn't. I went to a bunch of old holes on the East side of the lake I haven't been to in a few years. It was fun getting reaquainted with Palarm and Adam's lake. Plus me and my gear is well pollinated now. Didn't catch enough to keep.

If you read my posts, I use the same bait 99% of the time. Umbrella tube bait with 1/8 oz leadhead.
