You can fish with live bait , you can launch from anywhere as long as your at the weigh in no later than 4pm and dont start fishing till 7amyou can spider rig NO YOYO'S OR TROTLINES I know that some people dont have livewells that want to fish so yes you can weigh in dead fish .
