I have 15 x 48 War Eagle with drop deck and I'd appreciate any ideas and suggestions to turn it into a crappie fishing boat.

Spider rigging setup is what I'm trying to accomplish, so any ideas about rods brand, length (10' or 12' or 14'), rod holders, reels etc.

BTW, I'm new to Crappie fishing and fishing in general. Any input will be appreciated.
