i did the same thing the other day. I went bass fishing on labor day & caught a few for a mess. here was my biggest of the day. I got them on double willowleaf/ white spinner, but did catch a couple on a black w/ colorado. they were on a reaction bite. the interesting thing was water temp difference. In the shade, the water temp was 78, and in the sun on rocks water temp was at 85. couldn't believe the difference.
