But I don't mind. Matter o fact, I like sharing with those who can't get out there themselves. I hate it for them. They are really missing out on one of the most enjoyable things you can do in this ole world!!! I LOVE catchin' 'em!! :D :D :D
I work in Home Health and see a lot of shut-ins and folks who just can't go fishing anymore for whatever reason. It really makes their day and mine when they see me arriving with a bag of fresh Crappie filets. We eat Crappie at least three times a week and freeze very little because we nearly always have it in the refrigerator soaking in cold water. I give the rest away...either to family or patients. I took a bag of filets to an 80 yr-old cancer patient in Lake Village today. His wife died last year. I thought he was going to have a heart attack when he saw those filets.....said he was going to cook'em tonite himself! I feel very priviledged to be able to do that for folks and it does me as much good as it does them.
From the ARK-LA-MISS Delta....... Crappie Paradise ! ! ! !
