I use both Bandit 200 series and #4 & #5 Rapala Suspending Shad Raps.
White Splatterback is my goto all around color for the bandit.
Blue/Orange Belly Shad Raps on sunny days.
Purple Glass Raps on Clear Water lakes on sunny days
I use darker colors on cloudy days.
1.8mph is where I start.
We use snap weights in front of the lure. Put out 30 ft of line, snap on a 1 oz snap weight and feed out 20 - 30 feet of line. This keeps the lures closer to the boat so we can make tighter turns if needed.
We'll also put out planer boards to cover more area.
On Table Rock it's the best way to put Crappie in the boat in the summertime when the water gets over 80 degrees.
Good luck
