    Great fishin' success in this heat!! You are da man!

    Beautiful photos too, btw. No 'toon for that setting fer sur. I would never have thought to look in that shallow stuff with the water so hot right now. I reckon that's why I'm not so good at summer fishin'.

    How 'bout tellin' us somethin' about your technique?

    7 FOW anywhere from 2 to 6 feet deep hitting a black/chartreuse tube jig....no nibble....no oil....no tipping with a shiner....no 'baccer spit....just a tube jig. Seemed to like the tangles...holding very close to the cover hitting a sloowly falling jig. Lost a lot in the tangles and threw back maybe twenty smaller ones. River falling slowly with a surface water temp of 82 F in the shade. Lookie' 'har AJ, jus' lotsa' luck is my main technique!! :D
