I went back to Moro Bay tuesday morning and fished the bay which is the mouth of the Moro Creek (sunday, I fished Raymond Lake)...I caught this limit trolling black/chart & motor oil/chart tube jigs with a 1/8 oz pink jig head trolling at a pretty good pace in 14-15 feet of water...There are no monsters here but nothing eats better than a fish caught out of this river system....The river has really dropped in a hurry and the bay and Raymond are both muddy...The bream fishermen were wearing them out as well.
