Hey folks, I would very much like to see everyone's crappie dinner on this forum, possibly a sticky with the following info:

Name of crappie dish, side items, and a picture.

Here I'll start:

"Cajun Crappie"
Cajun style breading
Side Items: Homemade slaw ,hushpuppies, garden fresh cucumbers and green onions, and banana peppers, sweet corn, fries, garden fresh deep fried green tomatos.
Served with ice tea! (I think I need a bigger plate! :p )



It's a cool idea - I think.
