    Default Boat seats

First I would like to give a special thanks to Grizzly jig company, someone had special ordered Triton seats and either didn't want them or something. The day we stopped to check grizzly out we didn't have but 30 mins. or so to spare.Guess they thought we were sorta funny b/c we were sorta walking fast maybe even a run now and then to try to see everything. With time being short I've been looking for some good boat seats, seen the Tritons and ask how much.Seem like a good deal to me but fishing partner tried to talk me out of buying them and getting another brand. After running all over the store 3 or 3 times and looking at the seats 4 or 5 times I findly lost a fishing partner somewhere in the store. Now was a good time to ask about the seats again which he said he'd even made me a better deal.I bought them and felt good with the deal but low and behold when I get to the checkout he even dropped them a liitle more.Sorry I didn't take the time to chat with the employees and owners, good people and a special thanks to who ever ordered the triton seats and didn't want them.

Now the problem, one of my fishing partners is on the heavy side and every seat he sets in has broken in the back.He is a Bass fisherman and sets the hook so hard he can throw a 4 lb bass across the boat.Hads now he breaks the backs of the seats, leaning back hard when setting the hook nomatter if its a 6 incher or 10 pounder.I like my Tritons and do not want them broken in the back which may never happen, they'll haveta be buildt pretty tuff to with stand his hook sets.
Do any of you heavier guys have special seats or maybe enforce the back to keep them from breaking???
    Sorry for the long post.

love grizzly jig...order from there all the time...hope to make the trip up there one day and see the store...i just replaced my seats with the big man seats from cabella's...i believe it's there own brand...i weigh about 220 and i lean back most of the day in a relaxed position while trolling...no problems with the sturdiness and very comfortable...i can stay out alot longer since going to the bigger seats...here's a pic...tj

Take the seat off when he goes and put on a bicycle type seat.

You had the best seating arrangement in your boat when I saw it a couple of years ago. May be Turtlebait can benefit from a picture.

Or you can just do like CEB. He sits in a lawn chair and provides a bucket for his company.
