i belong to that 4% club. hit me on the first tee box at the club. over four years ago and feel just as good as when i was 40. buckrub hit the nail on the head. the first indication i had was i started feeling sick to my stomach, then that clammy sweat started to break out. by the time my partner got me back to the club house it felt like a elephant was standing on my chest. got reaaaal lucky, was on the table about 30 minutes later having those two life saving stents installed. guys i had a 40 year old friend drop dead with a widow maker. it is not age related. get that yearly check up. it can save your life. oh, by the way, the first thing my cardio doc told me when i woke up was to quite this and i did...

don't think i will DP. when that doc said quit or die that is all i needed to hear. i was close to two packs a day and since that day i have not even come close to wanting another one. i got that unopened pack in the pic sitting over here on the counter as a daily reminder.
