    Default Trophy deer sequences

Well it's that time of year again I am trying to work through my deer to mount in between fishing trips. This is day one pix. Thought it would be cool of show how a deer progresses in the mounting process. Usually first few days they look like crap IMO. Kinda scary but as time goes by and the hides dry they take shape. Looks good jw. I had to modify mine a little but it's turning out. This was him when I killed him. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1398216479.478165.jpg

The biggest mount I could find was only 29" at the neck. This swamp donkey was a little over 31". I'm still learning though. I really enjoy it

Yeah he was the biggest I've ever killed. Over 300lbs. Next time you come down let me know. Share a few ideas.
