A little about century link, I have been with them for about 5 years and have the $20 extra a month maintance plan, glad I do, yesterday I called in and a tech said I had malware and wanted $119 to clear it up, told him to shove it up his you know what, called back this am and got a real nice girl and within 7 min. she had me up and going....depends a lot on which tech you get for help, some are like me and don't know tittly twat about this stuff and others know there stuff........
