I used the above procedure, cleared browsing history and cookies, downloaded the latest version of Java and deleted all the old versions, and it seems to be better. IE is still slower than Firefox. I also disabled all add ons, but it did not make any difference. Just from the load time, I still think there is a problem.

Is anyone who is seeing the long running script message running Windows 7?
