If Im gonna fish mono, which is not my line of choice, I will use Varivas Twitch Master in Looking at Varivas mono# test. And I have one rod with some Looking at Varivas mono# on it for fishing the White River. It is a very low stretch nylon. Casting is great and knot strength is great.
