I haven't seen much info on it yet, maybe someone can offer more insight. I also haven't looked real hard to find more info just a basic google search.

Not sure when it will be in stock but the specs look great. I've watched all of Major Craft videos on the rod and as soon as it is in the market I will get one. Major Craft has always been known to give you a lot of rod for the money. This rod has the T1100G and Toray M40X carbon. Those materials allow for a more robust rod yet still have the great sensitivity. I have a few rods with the T1100G and I really like them. When you compare them to the Slow Taper.....the older model Banshee.....the Diplomat, and the Carrabus Extreme you can tell the difference in the feel. You also get the sense when fishing these rods that they do have more forgiveness for times when minor mishaps occur. T1100G has been around for a while....along with the other blank materials...but it is more expensive. I don't want to give the impression that rods not made with these materials break with ease as that is not the case at all. I feel that going forward all high end rods will be using the high tech blanks.

Whether it be that rod or any other: I wish you lots of thumps ahead... and all the fun a body can stand while doin' it.

The possibility of breakage is the reason I ordered more than a couple of the Mass Beat iii rods .
Knowing I would have a hard time and most likely pay more that the rods worth to replace a rod section.
At $70 each if I break one it’s not going to break the bank.
