    Dannypeoples, preserving history and culture is one thing. Having the patience and skill to filet a goby fish that size? That takes perseverance...lol.

    Yeah, that guy sure did a fine job filleting them. The knife blade was broader than the fish! Probably need to fillet 20 - 30 per person for a meal.
