Out of all my JDM rods I find myself reaching for the MB and luvias 1003 the most. Last outing my line kept breaking and after inspection noticed the ceramic eyelet was cracked, trying to source a new eyelet now.
Me too !
I love my St Croix Ultralights , but the MB is such a fun and functional rod , it’s hard not to grab one when heading out.
I sprung for the 6’ and the 6’3” two piece UL’s from JDM Tackleheaven , but they were worth the extra shipping costs .
