At 4’6” it’s gonna be a hoot to fish with. Neat looking rod. I had a problem with plat last time around also. They slow on my transactions.

Skeet, my favorite UL rod length has always been 5'6" to 7", especially for bank or shore casting. However the 4'6" double as a dock/pier (saltwater) for me and the fact when collapsed, it's less intrusive in the carrying on bag as well.

You need to get out and fish that rod. I'm looking for a trave rod, Looking forward to a review.
That is a good looking rod. I’m looking forward to the review also.
LV, most all my rods are in the lengths you mentioned. I’ve never held a longer than 7’ rod that I liked the action of. Long whippy rods don’t excite me. My 6’6” is very comfortable for me. When I caught some nice gills last time I used it, the thought that kept going through my head was control. Much better control of the fish than with the shorter rods. It’s a 2-6lb rated blank.
