I have introduced a ton of folks to JDM fishing gear. On my YouTube channel, where I do reviews of JDM gear, I always tell folks you do not need this gear to catch fish. But.....I have never had one person come back and tell me they were disappointed in their purchase of JDM gear. As a matter of fact most go on to make multiple purchases of this gear. Many have told me they had no idea equipment this good existed. For me once I started using gear out of Japan I knew there was no going back for me.
