Santa left a package on my porch early this morning. It is an TenRyu Rayz Spectra 6' 1" Twitchin'Custom Stream Trout Rod. No pic I post will be able to show the beauty of this rod. The reel seat is of Karin Barr wood. It is designed to fish for trout in current using cranks....spinners...and spoons. Of course the name suggest that I will also be using it to "Twitch" a Trout Magnet....LOL. This rod is what I call "heirloom" quality. It is TenRyu's flagship trout rod. The Japanese do amazing work. It has been a long while since I had a visit to the Little Red or White River...but hopefully this summer and fall, I will hit them up often. I acquired this rod from Chris at Finesse Fishing...great service. Life is good!
