Any idea on the ABU GARCIA Eradicator Bait Finesse EBTC-77ULT-ST available for pre-order on Kiwi site? What's the difference on these rods compared to the Eradicator line up so many of us have? Scott

I’m a sucker for a good sale and ended up getting both the 5’8” and 6’3” Lunakia rods. I got the 6’10” a few years ago and really enjoy it. I imagine both of these will perform very well.
I’ll likely keep the 6’10” and 5’8” in my boat and the 6’3” will stay in my car/travel case for pond hopping.

The 610 is my favorite rod especially with the silk weave on the reel seat and how light it is. That was a good sale, picked up the Yamaga 62 tz. Being that the 610 is a tubular tip, will be interesting to see how you like the solid tip.
I got mine for $177 plus shipping...but that sale is over. Cheapest I have seen now is $267 plus shipping at JDM TackleHeaven. One thing I learned back in 2011....if you see a sale on an item you want best hit the buy button right then. Even though I am not currently seeking any new gear I check every single day to see if there are terrific buys on something I would use.
Regards
The 63 is a real sweetheart. A fun rod for fishing pans and crappie in my local stream.

It was available on JDM Tackle Heaven for a “few hours” in Dec 2022. I was doing something and didn’t complete the purchase right then and there. When I checked after a couple of hours it was out of stock. 6’7” Slow Taper Special had been hard to find.

Crazy. Thanks for sharing that I was wondering if this has been out of stock for several months, apparently not. I have an email alert set and check my email often. Maybe I’ll run into one or maybe not. I’m close to pulling the trigger on the 6’10” model albeit a different rod for now. Still think that would scratch my itch and be plenty useful for the panfish coming up here soon.
