I know shipping on a 9' 6" rod cannot be cheap, but all I am looking for is transparency. If I could buy a rod like this from Digitaka, I would in a heartbeat – those guys have been nothing short of awesome. I wanted to buy Shimano Exsence Infinity from them instead, but I was worried about cost cutoff for the customs – different sources told me $700 (FedEx, I think) and $800 (DHL), and I did not want that gamble.
I will see what the final bill looks like, I might send them an email and ask about the whole "free shipping" conundrum...

Here is another reason why Digitaka is so great. Last time I ordered a rod from them, I decided to see if they would allow me to tag on a few items with free shipping. I ended up adding somewhere between 20 and 30 not so small items to that order with no additional shipping charge. I was curious how they would pack it. In a couple of days, I received a huge rugged, elongated box with a cardboard rod tube and all other items inside. That could not have been cheap to ship.

I was looking up info this afternoon on the Abu Garcia Eradicator and came across this site. For those of you who may be looking at this rod, you may want to take a look at this site. I've never heard of this site until now, but maybe others have??

They have the 67SULT and 610LS in stock. They don't have as many models as Digitaka, but the price does seem better.
Looks like they accept PayPal, so risk should be fairly low.

Can find on eBay for under 300 but comes from Australia and wasn’t to be here for like 2 weeks or better... I went ahead and paid digitaka and hoping I get a lot quicker... been eyeing the eradicator for quite a while and sort of worried it will be a lot like Rockin Finesse... I guess we shall seethat site could be awesome by the way... I just didn’t want to wait so long on shipping per the eBay seller... that website might ship a lot faster??

International shipping is $35 on that site and says it takes 1-2 to days to process order and 4-7 days for delivery.

6’7”... debated quite a bit on the 6’9” but was worried it might be a bit to light... I think I’ll be pleased or hope so atleast... have a presso waiting to pair with it and I hope they become good friends

My 610 Lunakia and the 67 Eradicator are two rods in the truck or boat with me at ALL times.

The 6.10 Eradicator is definitely different than any rod in my stable, it shines when tussling a digging Gill or a head shaking Speck. The micro guides seem to require a very thin diameter line with the softness and sensitivity making the hook set feel easy and natural. The Aussies like this rod, and it does well on this side of the equator as well.
