As for coming that way, trying to get place to stay. But more than likely within next couple of weeks or sooner.

Just a little heads up that might help you up there.
This time of year the black crappie are going to start schooling. Don’t be afraid to run your side scan to find them. Whites not so much. Don’t be afraid to scan the river rather than just the slews and cuts.

Yes. I found a few schools on medium size blacks on inside bends the last few winters in open water. Thanks for the tip.
I will see the Demopolis man tomorrow at lunch. He owns a wonderful restaurant there. Be in touch soon.

Sorry for late reply as we are awaiting time to leave for church this morning. Thank you. Now what is it that Bruce has?

Bruce has a new rv park. It only has 6 sites with full hook ups. It's just off hwy 80 east of Demopolis. Bout 10 minutes or so from City Landing and 20-25 minutes from Runaway Branch near the bridges you mentioned. He has 1 site open now. some of the other sites have construction workers staying there working on hwy 69 project. They will be around for 5 years or more. He said there are never there in the day time. Bruce owns a good restaurant and bakery in Demopolis.
The rv park in Greensboro is slightly dated, I leave it at that.
Thanks silverroach thanked you for this post
