Sometimes it's difficult to know if the over price is to recover negative equity or from adding sentimental value. The buyer holds all the cards/cash. Go back and put 19 hundred dollar bills down in front of them and stop talking. Just look at them while they stare at the cash. The key is to be silent after the cash drops.
