    Default Rough 3 days

I hit 79 in scottsboro Sunday, and today only got 2 crappie. Went to the dam last night, crappie. It seems like that cold front still got em tight lipped. I did see some guys pulling sauger out at the dam last pretty steadily.

Don’t know unless you go. Good job getting out and catching a few.

Was wondering if the sauger had showed up yet. Thanks for the report Joe!

I don't fish for them but have a coworker from up north that makes trip year-round on Lake Wheeler catching sauger. They may not be jumping in the boat, but if you know what you're doing there seems to be a few in the lake.

Plenty of sauger at the dam just bounce a minnow jig off the bottom you’ll catch ‘em.

Guess I might go try some sauger if I can get to the ramp sometime this weekend...
