I had a fav rod all through college. Was married 2 months and wife broke it with truck door.
Needless to say in the last 24 yrs she’s never done that again. Haha

Same setup I’ve been using for a while.I like the 7ft. I’ve broken a couple but they are good rods for the money.

NY brother took the tip off my new B&M tree thumper by dropping the gas tank on it I had only caught one fish with it fortunately only lost about 6 inches but made it stiffer for dragging em out of the treetops

Wishing everyone hard hits tight lines and heavy stringers
I had my rod locked lid slam down on my favorite dock shooting rod tip. Needless to say I had a sick feeling instantly.

Don’t recall ever doing any of those but I’m sure I have. Do remember busting out the back window on an old ford bronco I had with the but of a rod when I shut the hatch.

I sat here last week thinking about how proud I was that I hadn't done any of the accidents discussed, then fate took its shot and I accidentally put my favorite rod in my fan and you know the rest...... So much for being proud.
