Went out for a couple of hours before the pleasure boaters showed up today. Weather was fairly cool so I think it kept a lot of folks at home.

Started the morning off with a nice 5lb bass first thing on a super spook Jr. I saw a lot of fish hitting the top water as I was boating down the river and decided to throw it. Worked out pretty well for me.

Once I got finished with chasing bass, I decided to hit a couple of my spots to see if any stragglers were hanging around. Single poled this 14 inch stud to cook with my Memorial Day meal.
