Thread: Rough conditions in Central AL but still put some SLABS on the table

How about that storm yesterday?

Water was up, current was up, muck levels were up. Not a very productive day all around but still managed to spend the day on the water and take home some slabs.

Checked out the new boat ramp and piers at Lincoln's Landing.
Really well built piers and environment for bank fishing. Worth a stop if you're passing through the area. Wouldn't spend all day here though unless the bite was really smoking.

Taught a friend a few of the relatively little things I knew about fishing and taught him how to filet a slab.

Great day of fellowship on the water indeed.
