Been on the road a bunch with the job of late. Just back last night from another over seas trip. Couldn't stand it and figured my bio clock would be all messed up anyway, so called a buddy and hit the water early this morning. Had no idea what to expect but went to a creek with some grass to filter the water and we found a few. Ended up with a limits worth of nice healthy fish. Used BG monkey milk, blue ice and diamond on 1/24 oz jig heads, and a few of Cowboy 215's hand ties. Water was about 24-30" clarity. Water temp was 60 in the bay we fished, 54-56 on the main lake.
